2025 marked Jane Austen's 250th birthday, and TCCCT is celebrating with a vintage ball! The Flying Cloud is a local historical dance group who performs historical ballroom dances from six different periods from the early 1800s through the 1930s. Join them for a Jane Austen Ball featuring dance from the Regency period. Guests will watch, learn, and dance period dances! Costume (Regency Style) is encouraged, but not required. For those new to vintage dance, contemporary formal attire is also appropriate for balls. Leather-soled or soft-soled shoes required. Light refreshments are served.
